HE: Employee Time Clock Login Sheets

You can print Time Clock Login Sheets for your employees. This will provide them the information they need to enter when they clock in or out.

To do this simply complete the following steps:

1. Click on Employees in the left navigation menu (if you do not have access to Employees, please contact your administrator to add this feature)
2. Under the 'Reports' tab in the blue navigation select 'Time Clock Login Sheet' and select whether your hotel uses Webclock or has a physical time clock.
3. You can either choose All Employees or just choose one specific employee
4. Click 'Generate Login Sheets'. This will open a file with your employee logins sheets formatted to print one employee per page.

You can also print a reference sheet for yourself with all employee logins on it. To do this, you will simply need to choose 'Time Clock Login List' under the blue reports menu. This will print the same information but there are no page breaks between the individual employees.
