HE: Night Audit Data Entry Deadlines

This section defines the critical timeframes for entering operational data to ensure accurate reporting and alerts.
 

The Context Data entered in Night Audit Entry (Rooms Sold, Revenue, Cleans) drives the calculation of Labor Standards (Plan Hours). If this data is missing, reports will show 0 Plan Hours, resulting in false "Labor Losses."
 

The Data

Milestone	Deadline (Local Hotel Time)	Impact if Missed
Night Audit Entry	6:00 AM	Daily Morning Revenue & Labor Email Alerts will show "Missing Data."  Plan hours will not generate for the Daily Labor Check-In.
Housekeeping Cleans	6:00 AM	Housekeeping Productivity reports will show "0" cleans, causing Room Attendant performance to look inaccurate.
RevSync (Automated)	Varies (typically 4am - 6am)	If the automated sync fails or runs late, data must be entered manually to meet the 6:00 AM deadline.
Timestamp Log	Real-time	All entries are timestamped. You can view exactly when and by whom data was entered in the User Entry and Timestamp Log.

Limits

• Alert Timing: Most morning email alerts are generated at 6:00 AM local time. Data entered at 6:05 AM will be saved in the system but will not appear in that morning's email alert.

• RevSync: If your hotel uses RevSync (automated integration), data usually populates automatically. However, manual Housekeeping Cleans entry is often still required unless using a specific integration like Alice Clean Sync.
