The Context Data entered in Night Audit Entry (Rooms Sold, Revenue, Cleans) drives the calculation of Labor Standards (Plan Hours). If this data is missing, reports will show 0 Plan Hours, resulting in false "Labor Losses."

Limits
• Alert Timing: Most morning email alerts are generated at 6:00 AM local time. Data entered at 6:05 AM will be saved in the system but will not appear in that morning's email alert.
• RevSync: If your hotel uses RevSync (automated integration), data usually populates automatically. However, manual Housekeeping Cleans entry is often still required unless using a specific integration like Alice Clean Sync.
