Payroll Report Settings

This section defines the configuration fields available for generating payroll export files.
 

The Context These settings are found under Settings > Time & Attendance > Payroll 

Report Settings. They control the file format and naming conventions used when you click "Run Payroll Report."

The Data

Field Name	Definition	Example
Report Type	The specific file format template built for your payroll provider.	ADP_EPI_v2, Paychex_Preview, Generic_CSV
File Name Override	Customize the name of the downloaded file. If left blank, defaults to HotelName_Date.csv.	Hotel1092Timecard.csv
Payroll Company Code	The Company ID used to identify your hotel in the payroll system.	W209, ABC_Hotels_LLC

Limits

• Custom Formats: If your required "Report Type" is not listed in the dropdown, you must contact support to have a custom template built/assigned to your hotel (see Article 8.4).

• Company Code: If left blank, this field defaults to the Hotel Effectiveness 6-digit Location ID.
