Scheduler:

• New Expand All/Collapse All option added in step 2 of Scheduler. Users can now change the view of the page with a single click.
• New View Options added in step 2 of Scheduler. Users can now use the toggle options to show/hide certain rows such as Open Shifts, Other Hotel Coverage Within Account, and Over/Under Hours.
• New Review and Publish rule added. If selected in your Settings > Review & Publish Rules, employees scheduled for more than 5 hours with no break greater than 30 minutes will get flagged.

Housekeeping Optimizer – Infor, one of the PMS that is importable to build boards, had an update. The new version of Infor has been added to the list of available imports.

Settings - The ability to copy positions to multiple hotels is now available in Settings > Position Setup (Group).

Email Alerts - Labor Performance vs Budget email alert column names have been updated. The alert now contains a single table that shows both hours and wages.
