When employees are terminated in the Time & Attendance, their prints remain on the clocks unless a) it is manually deleted from the clock or b) you perform a Full Erase and Download of the prints. The latter choice is best for deleting a large number of terminated employees' prints or prints that were enrolled with no matching employee in the system by mistake.
To see which prints would be affected by this process, view the Fingerprint Maintenance report inside of Time & Attendance. Review our Knowledge Base to learn more about Fingerprint Maintenance.
WARNING: This process erases any trusted PINs and manager prints enrolled on the clock and they will need to be re-enrolled.
