Biometric Clock PIN/Print Scan Options

When using a fingerprint or hand scan clock, you can rest assured that your employees will always be identified correctly and will not be able to clock in for other associates. Some managers choose to allow employees to clock in and out using only their finger/hand once enrolled, but you can also choose to have them enter their PIN in addition to scanning their finger/hand.

All of our finger scan z34 and handpunch 1000 clocks will default to the "AUTO" mode requiring only fingerprint verification when shipped. 

To update this setting:

1. Press 3 to access the clocks Manager's Menu
2. Enter in the managers password, then 'OK'
3. Press 8. This opens up a hidden menu where you can turn this feature off/on
4. Select "1 Auto Mode Enabled" to have it accept prints only or "0 Auto Mode Disabled" to require a PIN and print.
   --there is a hidden option 3 here that allows the clock to accept PIN's only, with no print required.
5. Press OK to accept the change then ESC to exit out of the menu.
