If you want contract labor to clock in and out on our webclock, you must create their profiles in Hotel Effectiveness. Click here to learn the setup.

Webclock Login Credentials

To look up the webclock login and password of your workforce:

1. Select Employees in the left main menu. Employee Explorer will appear.
   (If you don't see the Employee Explorer page, you are not given the access to view employees.)
2. Locate the individual on the page and click on View/Edit to open his profile.
3. Find webclock login information under the Employee Profile.

Webclock Login Sheets

You can also print out individual login sheets for easy distribution. 

1. Select Employees in the left main menu.
2. Mouse over Reports in the top menu; then select Time Clock Login Sheet. 
3. Select a hotel as needed.
4. Select Webclock.
5. Use the Department filter as needed.
6. Use the Individual Employee filters as needed. 
7. Click Generate the Login Sheets.
8. Save the PDF file to your computer, then print the login sheets for distribution.
