Use this workflow to create personal groupings of hotels for specific reporting needs, such as by region, owner, or brand.
Before you begin...
- Requires access to multiple hotels.
- These groups are visible only to you.
1. Access Custom Hotel Groups
- Hover over the Username Menu and select My User Profile.
- Click on the Custom Hotel Groups tab.
2. Create a New Group
- Click the Create Hotel Group button.
- Enter a Group Name (e.g., "North Region," "Select Service Hotels").
3. Assign Hotels to the Group
- In the "Unassigned Hotels" list, check the box next to each hotel you want to include.
- Click the Add button to move them into the "Assigned Hotels" list.
- Click Submit when finished.
4. Verify the Group
- Success:
- The group name will immediately appear on the page.
If this fails...
Note: If you do not see a hotel in the "Available" list, contact your administrator to grant you access to that specific property first.
