This section defines the data quality standards a hotel must meet to receive a Hotel Labor Benchmarker report for the month.
The Context These criteria are checked monthly. If a hotel fails any of these checks, it is marked "Not Eligible" and excluded from benchmark comparisons to ensure data integrity. You can view specific failures in the Eligibility Details report.
The Data

| Data Sufficiency | 20+ days of revenue data | Missing daily entries for more than 10 days in the month. |
| Unknown Positions | Less than 2% of total wages/hours | Employees clocking in with unmapped or "Unknown" position codes. |
| Average Wage | At least $7.25/hour | Missing pay rates in Employee profiles (check Salaried staff). |
| Occupancy % | No more than 120% | Data entry error (e.g., typing 1000 rooms sold instead of 100). |
| Monthly Wages/Hours | More than 0 | Time clock connectivity issues or no punches received. |
| Active Data | At least 27 days of labor data | Hotel recently onboarded or offboarded during the month. |
Limits
- Correction Window: Benchmark data is published on the 20th of the following month. Data corrections must be made before this date, or you must manually "Rebuild Data" in the Benchmarker menu to regenerate the report.
