Usernames are provided by your manager or supervisor. You will receive an email, text message, or paper invitation with your username, confirmation code, and link to set up your MyHotelTeam password. Please ensure that your manager has the correct email address or phone number if you will be receiving your invitation through email or text message.
Be sure to check your spam folder if you cannot find the invitation email.
If you have yet to receive a username, please contact your manager. They can send invitations to MyHotelTeam in the Employee Manager section of Hotel Effectiveness.
Note: Your hotel must be an active hotel in the MyHotelTeam system in order to login. Contact us if you would like to sign up your hotel.
