Overview
The Schedule Export Override Mapping feature provides hotels with precise control over how Schedule data is sent to third-party Time and Attendance system. Employee-Level Mapping, allowing managers to assign 3rd party export codes to individual employees rather than applying a single code to an entire position.
Why Use Employee-Level Overrides?
Standard position-level mapping can be restrictive when multiple employees within the same position require different payroll codes. This feature is ideal for:
Unique Payroll Requirements: Managing staff with specific contract or pay rules.
Alignment with Time & Attendance Systems: If your T&A system utilizes a different organizational structure than Hotel Effectiveness, use employee-level overrides to bridge the gap. Correct mapping at the individual level ensures that all scheduled staff are successfully recognized and imported by your third-party payroll provider.
Important Considerations
Permissions: Accessing and editing this page requires the "Can Edit Hotel Settings" permission (without Department Filtering).
Key Functionality
