How To Add a New Hotel with Actabl

Use this workflow to onboard live, new properties to Actabl’s solutions, including Alice, Transcendent, Hotel Effectiveness, and ProfitSword.

Before you begin...

• Important Form Update: 
  • Bookmark newhotel.actabl.com for easy reference.
  • You may add multiple properties and multiple Actabl products within the same submission form for Alice, Transcendent, and Hotel Effectiveness. For ProfitSword, only add one site at a time to a form until further notice.
• Timeline Recommendations: 
  • Initiate this process 30–90 days before a new property opens for Alice, Transcendent, and Hotel Effectiveness, or at least 7 to 14 days before opening for ProfitSword.

The Steps: 

Alice, Transcendent, and Hotel Effectiveness:

1. Navigate to newhotel.actabl.com and fill out the New Property Information Form.
2. Sign the Order Form sent to you for signature within 2 business days of your submission.

3. Coordinate with your Implementation Advisor to set up the new property and schedule training.

ProfitSword

Adding New Entity:

1. Navigate to newhotel.actabl.com and fill out the New Property Information Form.
2. Submitting this form triggers the automatic creation of a support ticket. You will receive two emails: one confirming your submission and another with your ticket details and instructions for the next steps.

3. Wait up to 7 business days for the ProfitSword Support team to add the new property and for the Technical Services team to begin setting up the interfaces.

Adding a Temp Property:

1. Fill out the Add Temp Property Form (See form attached below) and attach to a Support Ticket
2. Wait up to 7 business days for the support team to add the new property.
3. To turn this Temp Property live, please fill out the newhotel.actabl.com form.

4. Follow steps 2 and 3 within the ProfitSword Adding New Entity.

The Result:

• Success: Your new property will be set up within 90 days from when the Order Form is signed (for Alice, Transcendent, and Hotel Effectiveness) or added by the support team within 7 days (for ProfitSword). The new hotel pricing will align with your MSA and will be added to your next invoice, prorated to align with the start date.
