Scheduler:

• New View Options added in step 2 of Scheduler. Employees with middle name in the employee manager will be displayed in Scheduler step 2. Users can turn on/off by toggling from the menu. 
• The system will now remember user preference for the different view options (On/Off) even after they start a new sessions (logging on/off).
• New Review and Publish rule added for California Meal and Rest Break. If selected in your Settings > Review & Publish Rules > Consecutive shifts without break buffer, the rule will flag any employee that has consecutive shifts that total more than 5 hours without a minimum break of 30 mins between the shifts.

Housekeeping Optimizer – New PMS Skytouch added to Board Builder import file options. Users that have Skytouch can now, with a click of a mouse, import files and upload to Board Builder.

Reports:

• New Break Risk Report - California meal and rest break. Any employees that have shifts violating either of the 2 break rules and the hotel has included in the settings will show up on the report. The report displays the employees shift, shift times and the cost of breaking the break rule. For any violations the cost is calculated at wage x 1HR.  
• Updated - Contract Labor by Position report. In the report there is a new Department/Position drop-down menu option. Users can now click on departments to view positions listed for the dept. There is an expand/collapse all option
