Labor Performance vs Budget Email Alert
In the current email alert for Labor Performance vs Budget, we will add a row labeled Unmapped Budget Labor at the end of the table when hotels receive their Budget data from ProfitSword.
- This row captures data for any unmapped positions between Hotel Effectiveness and ProfitSword, helping to resolve discrepancies between the hotel-level and portfolio-level Labor Performance vs Budget reports.
Turnover Trends (Portfolio)
We have created a report titled Turnover Trends (Portfolio). This report shows the turnover for hotels over 12 months at the portfolio level. The report features two tabs displaying Monthly and Quarterly Turnover data.
- Only completed months and quarters display data.
- Includes the turnover rate and the count of employees at the hotel level, with a rollup to the All Hotel level.
- Users with the Can Access Labor Reports permission, who are not department-filtered, can access this report via Reports > Employees.
