Labor Budget Importer - Download Imported Details
Users with ProfitSword RevSync can now access Download Imported Details. Previously, only users with hotels that manually uploaded their budgets had this feature.
Labor Performance vs Budget
In the Labor Performance vs Budget report, hotels that obtain their Budget data from ProfitSword will see an additional row at the end of the table labeled Unmapped Budget Labor.
- This row will include data for any unmapped positions between Hotel Effectiveness and ProfitSword, helping to resolve discrepancies between the hotel-level report and the Portfolio report.
Schedule Readiness (Group) Email Alert
The Schedule Readiness (Group) email alert is now available for Department-filtered users and those without permission to view Wages. Previously, only users without Department filters and with permission to view Wages could subscribe to the email alert.
In the email alert table, the following columns will calculate based on any department filter the user has access to. For users without Department filters, the table will reflect the entire hotel:
- Shifts Published?
- Publish %
- Scheduler Usage
- Hourly Employees Scheduled
- MyHotelTeam Employees Needing to Activate
