Labor Plans - Report View Update:
We have updated the existing Schedule Readiness (Portfolio) report that you can access by clicking Scheduler → Reports → Scheduler Readiness (Portfolio). This update is now available to a wider set of users. In addition, this update displays department-level details, previously only hotel-level detail was available.
- This report is now available to users who:
1. are department filtered (previously only non-department filtered users can view)
2. are unable to view wages (previously only users with Wage access have been able to view the report)
3. have user permission to Can Access Scheduler remains a requirement
- Department Details:
1. An updated expand/collapse option has been added to the report. When viewing the expand option, the department-level details are now displayed.
2. Department-filtered users are only able to view details for the departments they are assigned.
- The CSV export for this in-app report is updated with department details.
Labor Budget Importer- Downloading Imported Details Update:
- Hotels that upload their Labor Budgets using the Labor Budget Importer have the data populate the budget column in the existing Labor Performance vs Budget report. Users now can download the budget by day for a selected time period. The permissions required to download the uploaded budget are less restrictive and thus will provide a wider range of users to actively see how the budget column is populated.
- This page is accessed by clicking Labor Plans → Budgeter → Labor Budget Importer → Download Imported Details
- The export generates a CSV report that includes daily details down to the Position level
- Users can view Departments they have access to
- Users who cannot access Wages will find the Budgets Wage column blank
- Permissions required:
- Can Access Plan Manager and View Labor Standards
- Can Access Labor Reports
