Housekeeping Tools:
- Housekeeping Gameday - Has a new look. The Grid has been revamped to allow more than 8 clean types. Extra hours for Cart Stocking will be included for Target Hours, Target MPR, and Shift Stop (estimated) if it is part of the Labor Plan for Room Attendants. Version 1 (Classic) will still be available to users allowing them to switch from old to new and vice versa. Data saved in the pages will reflect in both versions.
- Enter Housekeeping Cleans - Has a new look. The table has been revamped to allow more than 8 clean types. Version 1 (Classic) will still be available to users allowing them to switch from old to new and vice versa. Data saved in the pages will reflect in both versions.
Email Alert:
- Break Risk - Upcoming 7 Days - Available to users that have access to labor reports. The alert contains details for the next 7 days and shows any employees that potentially are breaking any of the "California meal and rest break" rules. The hotel must have at least one of the two “California meal and rest break” rules enabled in the Review & Publish Rules settings.
Scheduler:
- New option added to the view options drop-down: Display Position Name in Shift Block. This is turned on by default, if users turn it off any shift blocks (with shift times) that include position name will not display the position name. System will keep the user preference when the session is updated.
- In position view, when users scroll the position freezes until the last employee and the next position begins.
