Scheduler- Department View:
- A new view option has been introduced in the Scheduler. This new department view organizes positions based on departments, rather than displaying them alphabetically. Users now can see groups of positions within the department structure. This update is particularly helpful for scheduling managers who have access to multiple departments and desire to schedule various departments simultaneously while keeping the positions sorted by department.
- Additionally, users can now print schedules using the new department option. The printout groups positions within the department structure.
Data Entry - New Banner Alert for Night Audit Entry, Housekeeping Gameday, Housekeeping Cleans:
- If your hotel enters data in Night Audit entry, Housekeeping Gameday, or Housekeeping Cleans but hasn't configured clean types yet, you will notice a new alert banner.
- Users that have the required permissions will Select the hyperlink within this new alert banner that will then navigate them to the page where they will then have the ability to add clean types from the Settings page.
- Users who do not have the necessary permissions will be directed to a page that lists all users in your account who can access the Settings page.
