Cleans Sync Mapping Page Moves to Housekeeping Tools
For hotels using the Alice Cleans sync with Hotel Effectiveness, we've relocated the Cleans Sync Mapping page. This move makes it easier for daily users to access and manage their clean type and employee mappings.
What's Changed?
You can now find the Cleans Sync Mapping page under Housekeeping Tools. Previously, it was located under Settings → Standards/Business Drivers (under the user dropdown).
This change also updates access permissions:
- View Access: All users with access to Housekeeping Tools can now view the Cleans Sync Mapping page.
- Clean Type Mapping: Only users with "Can Edit Settings" permission can edit clean type mappings.
- Employee Mapping: Users with access to Housekeeping Tools can now edit employee mappings.
Introducing the New "Inspected" Room Status
We're excited to introduce a new room status: "Inspected" in Housekeeping Realtime Rooms! This update provides a more accurate and transparent view of room readiness, specifically designed for supervisors and managers to use after completing a room inspection.

- The pop-up modal in Realtime Rooms.
- The Rooms Clean History page.
