1. New Report: Contract Labor Reconciliation
We’re introducing the Contract Labor Reconciliation report — a valuable tool for hotels managing contract labor expenses.
What’s Included?
This report provides a detailed view of hours and wages for contract employees, with totals to support reconciliation efforts.
View Options:
- Summary View: High-level totals rolled up from employee to hotel level.
- Daily View: Granular, day-by-day breakdowns for deeper insight.
Why It Matters:
This report is especially useful for hotels looking to reconcile contract labor spend against invoices from contracting vendors, helping ensure accuracy and accountability.
How It Works
- Users must have access to Wage to be able to access the report
- Navigate to the Reports page under Employees dropdown select Contract Labor Reconciliation

2. Overtime Entry Now Available in Contractor Hours Entry
We’ve made an update to the existing Contractor Hours Entry page to give you more flexibility and accuracy when recording contract labor.
What’s New?
Users can now manually enter overtime hours for contract employees — a capability that was previously unavailable.
Why It Matters:
This enhancement allows for more complete and accurate tracking of contract labor, especially for hotels that need to account for overtime in their reconciliation and reporting processes.
3. 3rd Party Revenue Sync Mapping (Portfolio) page!
What’s New?
Users can now bulk update Business Driver mappings across multiple hotels they have access to — all from a single interface.
Key Highlights:
- Bulk Selection: Select multiple 3rd Party codes across different hotels.
- Streamlined Workflow: Make updates in one go, instead of editing each hotel individually.
- Familiar Access: This new page is available to all users who currently have access to the existing 3rd Party Revenue Sync Mapping.
- How It Works
- Navigate to the Settings page under Username in topright corner of the page.
- In the Standards/Business Drivers dropdown menu, select 3rd Party Revenue Sync Mapping (Portfolio)
- For bulk update - Select the rows to update and click the “Edit” button
- For single row edits - Click the Pen icon at the end of the row
Why It Matters:
This update significantly reduces the time and effort required to manage Business Driver mappings across your portfolio, improving efficiency and consistency.
4. Earning Code Setup (Portfolio) Page — Designed to simplify and accelerate your workflow
What’s New?
Users can now bulk update Earning Codes across multiple hotels they have access to, all from a centralized interface.
Key Highlights:
- Multi-Hotel Selection: Choose multiple Earning Codes across different hotels in your portfolio.
- Efficient Updates: Make changes in bulk instead of updating each hotel individually.
- Familiar Access:Available to users who currently have access to the existing 3rd Party Revenue Sync Mapping page.
Why It Matters:
This enhancement simplifies both initial setup and ongoing maintenance, helping users save time and minimize manual work - especially beneficial for those managing large hotel portfolios.

- In the Time & Attendance dropdown menu, select Earning Code Setup (Portfolio)
- For bulk update - Select the rows to update and click the “Edit” button
- For single row edits - Click the Pen icon at the end of the row
