Enhancements

 

1. Update to Try My Labor Plan page

We’ve added a new time-saving feature to the Try My Labor Plan page — you can now import your actuals from last week directly into your labor plan. This enhancement helps streamline your planning process by pulling in real data from the Night Audit Entry, giving you a solid starting point jto test your Labor Plans

Key Highlights

  • Quick Import: Instantly load last week’s actuals with one click.
  • Data Source: Pulls directly from entries made in the Night Audit Entry.
  • Manual Flexibility: After importing, you can still manually update any values as needed.
  • Save Required: Don’t forget to click Save As or Generate to finalize and save the imported data to your plan.

How It Works

  1. Go to the Try My Labor Plan page.
  2. Click the new Import Last Week’s Actuals button.
  3. Review the imported data.
  4. Make any manual adjustments if needed.
  5. Click Save As or Generate to apply the changes.

This feature simplifies labor planning by leveraging historical data, helping you make more informed decisions while saving time on manual entry.

2. New Feature: Bulk Hotel Update

We’re excited to introduce the Bulk Hotel Update feature — a powerful enhancement designed to streamline hotel list management across multiple users. This feature empowers administrators and managers to efficiently Add or Remove Hotels from the profiles of multiple users in one action.

 

Key Benefits

  • Mass Updates Made Easy: No more repetitive manual edits. Update hotel lists for several users simultaneously.
  • Time-Saving: Reduces administrative overhead and speeds up operational workflows.

How it Works

  1. Navigate to the User page section.
  2. Select the users whose hotel lists you want to modify and click Bulk Update Hotels. 
  3. Choose to either Add or Remove hotels and click the + to select a hotel. 
  4. Confirm the changes by clicking Update - and you're done!
