• PT-7908 General Availability: 

  • Schedule Export Mapping (New)

    We are introducing a shift in how Schedules are export mapping is handled. Previously, mapping overrides were applied broadly at the position level; this update introduces granular employee-level overrides, allowing for much higher precision when exporting Published Schedules to 3rd party systems.

    Highlight: Employee-Level Overrides

    • The core of this update is the ability to break away from "one-size-fits-all" position mapping.

      • Individual Precision: You can now assign unique mapping codes to specific employees.

      • Bulk Employee Editing: While you can edit individual rows, you can also select multiple employees and use the Edit button to update their mapping codes simultaneously.

      • Conflict Prevention: To maintain data integrity, the system will prevent the bulk selection of employees across different positions, ensuring your mapping remains organized and accurate.

    • Modern Interface: * Tree-View Hierarchy: Expand or collapse rows to see the relationship between Departments, Positions, and Employees.

      • Infinite Scroll: No more clicking through page numbers; the table now loads seamlessly as you scroll.

      • Inline Editing: Update mapping codes quickly using new dropdown and tag-picker selectors directly within the table.

    Service Eligibility: This update is accessible to all hotels currently utilizing the Schedule Export module.

• PT-7904 General Availability: 

  • 📢 New Feature: Flexible Employee Display Names & Privacy Settings

    We are introducing new configuration options within the MHT (Messaging) settings to give hotels more control over how employee names are displayed. This update allows for a more personalized team experience while enhancing individual privacy.

    What’s New?

    Hotel Administrators can now customize name formats at the Property Level. These changes will be reflected in automated email alerts.

    Key Enhancements:

    • Preferred Name Support: You can now set the system to display an employee's Preferred First Name instead of their legal first name.

    • Last Name Privacy: A new toggle allows you to Show Only the First Initial of the Last Name (e.g., "Jordan S." instead of "Jordan Smith").

    • Expanded Email Alerts: These display preferences will now carry over to system-generated email notifications, including:

      • Schedule Reminders

      • Schedule Published Add or Edit

    How to Configure:

    1. Navigate to Settings located in the username dropdown in the top right corner

    2. Select the Scheduler/MyHotelTEam → MyHotelTeam Settings menu.

    3. Locate the Notification & System Settings section to toggle your preferred display options.
