Use this workflow to submit vacation or personal day requests to your manager directly through the MyHotelTeam portal.
Before you begin...
- Requires an active MyHotelTeam account.
- Note: This feature may currently be available only via the web browser version of MyHotelTeam, depending on your hotel's configuration.
1. Access the Time Off Page
- Log in to MyHotelTeam (via web browser or app).
- Select the More menu at the bottom-right of the screen.
- Select Time Off.
2. Submit a Request
- Click Request Time Off.
- Enter the date(s) of your request.
- Select the request type.
- (Optional) Enter a Note for your manager (e.g., "Doctor's appointment").
- Click Submit Request.
3. Review Status
- Return to the Time Off page to view your list of requests.
- Check the status column:
- Pending: The manager has not reviewed it yet.
- Approved: You are granted the time off.
- Denied: The request was rejected.
The Result Success: The request appears in your list with a "Pending" status. Your manager receives a notification to review it.
If this fails...
- Note: If you submit a request but it does not show up as pending, do not submit it repeatedly. Contact your manager immediately.
