Clear your browser's cache and cookies to resolve login issues, fix loading errors, and improve browsing performance.
Prerequisites
- Before you begin: This applies to all Hotel Effectiveness Users.
The Steps:
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Click Privacy and security on the left.
- Click Delete browsing data.
- Choose All Time for the time range.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Delete data.
Refresh your browser.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click the three lines in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Temporary Cached Files and Pages.
- Click Clear.
Refresh your browser.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge.
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Click Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Choose All Time for the time range.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Refresh your browser.
The Results:
- Success: Your browser will load fresh versions of web pages, resolving outdated content and caching errors
