Hotel Effectiveness offers the ability to create a file that will integrate with your payroll processing system, called Timecard Export. If your hotel utilizes or is going to use this option, the hotel will use either the Payroll Report or webF report to process payroll. In either case, this simply means our system summarizes all of your time card information for a given period into a format that can be easily imported/sent to your payroll system.
Advantages:
- Saves time by eliminating the manual work of transferring the hours data from one system to another every payroll
- Reduces errors that can be caused by this manual entry
- There are many payroll companies we already work with and therefore have created template integration files for. Feel free to check this list first, as we may already have something built that will be applicable to your situation.
